We liked the location, easy 1 hour walk to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumphed, short 15 minute walk to Notre Dame.

Couldn’t have been better, Christian and staff made us feel like we were home.

The staff were amazing! Super helpful and very attentive to detail and ways happy to help Hotel was super clean and very centrally located

Unfortunately quite disappointing . The only good features were: location and the idea of the building being historical / old. Plus the reception guys were friendly. Other than that, this hotel needs major renovations and definitely new furniture. Not sure how they managed to get 4 stars. The first thing you enter the room you feel this strong smell. Smell of “oldness”. Have never seen so much dust at the hotel room, like here. Likely I was so amazed by Paris, so I didn’t have no time or desire to complain. But I was thinking about switching the hotel the first night. If I stayed longer than 3 nights I would probably switch the hotel. The glass was cracked and I put on the visible spot for the cleaning lady to remove, but guess what, she just put it back … I AC is old too, I had to set it on the lowest setting. Not sure if it would be enough in the hot summer. Also the last night/morning the guest above me woke up very early and was banging so hard that I couldn’t sleep even wearing the earplugs. The location itself and being at the background side room was good, but the sound between the rooms definitely traveled. Old wooden floors might be the reason. Anyway Paris was amazing, but this hotel was not so much, unfortunately!
